How to create an Instagram Creator Account

An Instagram Creator Account provides insights, flexibility, and tools tailored for content creators. It's also a requirement for joining the Embold platform. Follow these steps to set up your Creator Account:

1. Open Instagram App: Make sure you have the latest version of the Instagram app installed on your device.
2. Log In: Log into your personal account that you'd like to switch to a creator account.
3. Go to Profile: Tap on your profile picture in the bottom right corner.
4. Access Settings: Tap the three horizontal lines (menu icon) in the top right corner, then select "Settings."
5. Navigate to Account: In the Settings menu, tap "Account."
6. Switch to Creator Account: Scroll down and tap "Switch to Professional Account." Then, choose "Creator."
7. Choose Your Category: Select a category that best describes what you do. This helps people understand what kind of content you create.
8. Connect to a Facebook Page (Optional): You can connect your Creator Account to a Facebook Page for additional features.
9. Complete the Setup: Follow the on-screen instructions to finalize your Creator Account.
